Summer fun!

Back in June we went on a little family vacation to "West Yellowstone" and we stopped in "Idaho falls" to see the falls and the Temple. I love it here it brings back so many memories. My mom is from Victor Idaho and we have family all over between here and Victor. Plus this is were my mom and dad was sealed together.

We stopped in "Bear World" had chance to show the kids the bears close up since the chance of seeing bears in yellow Stone is so low especially close up. Plus they had so much fun riding the rides.

The petting zoo at Bear World.

Riding on the rides at Bear world.

WE also stopped at a park and let the kids play while the men went golfing for fathers day. I wish the kids had something like this down at home because they really had a great time and it was free.

Then off to "West Yellowstone" were we stayed in a cute little cabin in "Island Park" Then off to "Yellowstone" and all the great places to see and Visit.

In West Yellowstonee There is a place called Bear and Wolf Discovery Center. This place takes in animals that need help. It was great place to get up real close up and even feed them.

On our way home we got to see one of the best part of Idaho to me. The Tetons Peaks are like a second home to me.

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!!!

Its been awhile since my last my last post. It seems life has kept us running from one thing to another. So I thought I would of post some pictures of our growing family.
We finally got our grass planted in the back of our yard just another project crossed off our list of things to make our home closer to being done. Relief!

Katelynn has graduated from Preschool and has finished another year of dance. She so excited to start Kindergarten next year and a new dance class. This next year she will be starting a company class that will help her to exceed and grow in her talent. She loves to dance and I'm so proud of her and her enthusiasm. She loves fashion; dressing up in all her dress ups and adding accessories. She love crafts; making cards with mom, and drawing pictures for all her family and friends.

Mason took tumbling with Kateynn for a couple of months to help get out some of that energy he has running around the house. He going to be starting Preschool this next year. He was so sad to see Katelynn go to school and dance this last past couple years. Now he gets to experience going to school to. He really is so smart!! He is been my little man and it has been so exciting to see him get so excited in every thing he does. He Love's telling story's about things that has happened or experience. He shows so much excitement through his face and hands it really is so much fun watching and hearing him. He Love's making Katelynn and Brooklyn laugh and it's so cute to see them all laughing and getting along. He has the best smile and cutest laugh!

Brooklyn is been the best baby so fun and cute! It's made life so much easier with three now.
She has been going from one stage to next so fast it seems. I was hoping she would not grow up so fast so I can enjoy each moment for a little longer. It been so fun seeing her smile and laugh since she was just a couple of weeks old. she really make a hard day seem like it was nothing when she shows her happy little energy. She has been sitting for a couple of months now and she just started crawling and pulling her self up to every thing she can. She been a little mover!!! She has two bottom teeth and is starting to get her top. I can't believe she is nine months old already. Oh how I love her and she is so special we are so happy to have her in our family she really does complete us. Along with each one of my kids I can't imagine what life would be like with out them. I sure it would be so boring!!!

Happy Mothers Day

I would Just like to take this moment to express how much I love and appreciate my Mom.
My Mom is and will always be a hero to me.
She was the best example of a Mother, full of unconditional love, she was strong, smart, trustful, I could talk to her about any thing. She always had a way to make every thing better and never made me feel alone.
She was kind, gental, she loved the gospel and followed it with every thought and action. Her smile was full of light.
She was the best cook, a hard worker, and she had a green thumb that could make any thing grow.

A couple of things I miss the most is a simple phone call just to her her voice, to talk about the day. If I had any questions about being a mother now that I have three children of my own, or about recipes, gardening, and church. To be able to hand the phone over to my children to her them say how much they love her and to hear her say it back. She wanted so much to have grandchildren. I know she would of been great, because she was great for the short time that she was here. She had such patients, and when she would talk to them she would have kindness about it. She would treat each child equally, no one more or less.
I miss her hugs, going shopping, and talking tell all hours of the night when we would go and visit.

Some things I remember about mothers day with my mom was: going to church and the primary singing we often go walking. I can not go through mothers day now with out going to church and hearing that song sang by the primary and having tears run down my face feeling like it was just yesterday when I was singing it to my mother. Today was my first to have my own daughter up there in front sing that very same song. WOW talk about tear jerkier!!!
I remember the church always giving out flowers. She always would remember to get some for the mothers in our family who could not make it to church that day. It seemed some or all of us would be carrying one home with us to take to someone.

Somethings I love about being a Mom.
- To kiss their sweet faces and rub my check up against their heads and breath them in when they are born.
- To be able to console them, and kiss there little bo boos better.
- To hear them say " I love you so much" and to catch each kiss when blown.
- To hear and see their laughter and smiles.
- Their funny things they say and do and to be the first to witness it.
- To go through each phase of growth with them.
- To see how excited they get over such simple little things.
- How simple life is through their eyes and to wish it was as simple as that all the time.
- To hear them say their prayers and to talk about Jesus.

What a wonderful opportunity to be able to have such a great example of motherhood in my life and to experience it for my self. I just hope that I am only a glimpse of what my mom was to me and that I can make her proud of who I am and hope to be. That my kids will know her and feel the same way about me some day down the road.

Her is a poem for my mom on mothers day.

If Roses grow in Heaven
Lord, please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Mother's arms
and tell her they're from me.

Tell her that I love her and miss her,

and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,

I do it every day,
but there's an ache within my heart
that will never go away.

When you tell my mom I love her
tell her how I'm glad she was here for me.
To show me of her example
of what a mother could and should be.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!
